PAYMENT/ORDERING

Orders can be placed online and payment made via PayPal. We cannot take credit card payments any other way. With PayPal we never see any of your payment information. Using PayPal allows us to be able to accept all major credit cards and eChecks. PayPal is fast, easy, FREE and secure; and you don't even have to have an account to use it!

If you wish to mail in an order, contact us to request an order form Then just print it, fill it out, and mail it in along with your payment.

We are not able to take phone orders at this time.

SHIPPING

Orders will ship via USPS and UPS, depending on size. In most cases your order should ship within 2 business days of receipt. We make every attempt to expedite immediately, though our workload may not always permit. It should also be noted that our incense is handmade for us and imported. We attempt to maintain an adequate supply, though popularity and demand may at times cause a slight delay. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you and keep you informed of the status.

A flat rate shipping and handling charge of $5.95 will be added to all orders shipped to the continental United States. International orders may require additional shipping and handling fees. Contact us for an international shipping estimate.

We offer FREE shipping on wholesale orders over $45.00. Sorry, at this time free shipping only applies to wholesale buyers.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Returns are accepted on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

We are confident in our products and your satisfaction is assured. However, if for any reason you are not happy with our offerings or service we welcome your feedback.

Our success depends on our happy customers; we are easy to work with. We will do our best to come to an agreement that will suit all involved.
If goods arrive damaged or incomplete, please email us with an explanation. We are happy to credit your account or send a replacement of equal value once the returned item is received.
